Two Phil's, Trained and Owned by ITHA Members, Competing in Kentucky Derby

All of Us at the ITHA Wish Larry Rivelli and Patricia's Hope the Best of Racing Luck!

The Illinois Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association wishes all the best to Illinois-based trainer Larry Rivelli, as well as owner and longtime Illinois racing supporter Patricia's Hope, as they compete this Saturday in the Kentucky Derby with Two Phil’s.

All of us at the ITHA are thrilled and proud to see our state's own trainer and owner competing in the most exciting race of the year. Phillip Sagan of Kentucky also is a co-owner.

The 3-year-old colt Two Phil's has eight career starts, winning or placing in six of the last seven. Riding Two Phil's on Saturday will be Chicago mainstay Jareth Loveberry.
