THA - Quick Reference Guide

The THA has produced a four-page handbook in an effort to assist our horsemen and women in complying with the new Anti-Doping and Medication Program (ADMC) regulations that are expected to go into effect March 27, 2023. The handbook includes the Withdrawal Guidelines provided by the RMTC, as well as highlighting some of the more impactful changes.
