SENATE BILL 3146 putting slots at racetracks is now on the floor of the Illinois House of Representatives in Springfield.

We need your help more than ever right now. As I mentioned in my previous letter this legislation has been agreed to by all of the components of the Horse Racing industry here in Illinois. Purses will be doubled, recapture will be eliminated, Illinois – bred owners will have a real commercial market, 35,000 agricultural related jobs will be created, and Illinois racing will finally be competitive with other states that have been taking business away from our Horsemen.

Most likely you will not be able to speak with the Public official because they will be in their respective chambers voting on legislation. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR NAME AND A MESSAGE WITH THEIR ASSISTANT OR VOICE MAIL, SIMPLY STATING THAT YOU WOULD LIKE THEM TO SUPPORT SENATE BILL 3146 THAT PUTS SLOTS IN OUR RACE TRACKS.
