Your calls are needed now! The General Assembly returns next week for final work on the State budget and other remaining legislation. Our bill - Senate Bill 3146 - Slots at Tracks - is poised for passage in the House and Senate. The bill is opposed by riverboat casinos who will stop at nothing to defeat our bill.
We need you to call both your State Representative and your State Senator one more time to get them to vote YES on SB 3146 and to have them demand that the bill be called for a vote by Speaker Madigan and Senate President Cullerton. All calls should be made to your Legislators' district offices by the close of business on Monday, May 24th.
