Important Poll Question for ITHA Members

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP

The ITHA Bylaws as amended on January 21, 2009 created voting members and non-voting members of the Association.  Illinois resident ITHA members are designated voting members and non-Illinois resident ITHA members are designated non-voting members.

To participate as a voter in an ITHA election, a non-Illinois resident must sign and forward a written request prior to the election.

The ITHA Board is considering a proposal to eliminate the two categories of ITHA members, voting and non-voting which allow, all ITHA members, regardless of their state residency, to participate in ITHA elections without the requirement to petition to do so.

The ITHA Board of Directors would like its members' feedback on this proposal.
